have you tried to search it up on google? if you did then maybe ebay is a good website, its not recycled, but instead of the owners throwing it away, you can get it so its not wasted, some people are just so wasteful.
well smencils.com has recycled paper pencils, they are scented in all sorts of cents but they come in 50 a bucket and can be exspensive. That’s all I can think of, sorry
