my younger cousin is wearing this to a turn about dance (similar to homecoming) and wants to know how casual it is. i i would give it a 5 (see below)

rate this dress from 1-10 1 being super casual and 10 being very formal. also keep in mind the bottom part is made out of a silky material. also i think she is going to wear it with satin shoes and some jewelry.
